Offer Terms & Conditions

1. Offers can only be redeemed at the participating merchant’s store after successful account registration as “Registered User” on any website(s) designated and/or managed by HKTB (“Programme Website(s)”) and successful download of offers to the customer's corresponding e-wallet of the Programme Website(s).

2. Offers are open to all customers.

3. The offer’s validity period is from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.

4. Participating merchants are solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to eligible customers. Hong Kong Tourism Board (“HKTB”) is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.

5. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts and are not transferable.

6. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounted items, fixed price items, coupons/vouchers, bonus point programmes, or the merchant’s internal offers, unless otherwise stated.

7. Offers are available on a first come, first served basis while stocks last.

8. Offers may not be valid on participating merchants’ blackout dates, if applicable. Please check with participating merchants for details.

9. Offers can only be redeemed once per eligible customer per visit. Splitting of table or bill is not allowed for the purpose of enjoying the offers.

10. Customers are required to quote the offers upon order/purchase at participating merchants in order to enjoy the offers.

11. Offer details and promotion periods are subject to the terms and conditions of participating merchants. HKTB and participating merchants reserve the right to amend, change or cancel any detail concerning the offers or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

12. Offers are provided by participating merchants. HKTB shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of taking or using any of the offers.

13. In case of any dispute, the decision of HKTB and participating merchants shall be final.

14. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
