The inaugural event for T-Central (T-Central Strategic Development Association) has taken place from 21 September to 20 October 2024, including two major attractions: "Mira Place Japanese Spirits Fest" the "Parklane International Gourmet Avenue", spanning the entire Golden Week and National Day holidays. These events will transform Mira Place and Park Lane Shopper's Boulevard into culinary destinations, offering a taste of international flavors and festive fun. Through these engaging experiences, the association aims to establish "T-Central Wine & Dine" as Kowloon's premier wine and dine event, drawing significant footfall to the entire Tsim Sha Tsui area.

T-Central Wine & Dine - Mira Place Japanese Spirits Fest

"T-Central Wine & Dine - Mira Place Japanese Spirits Fest" is hosted by T-Central and organized by Mira Place, with Wine Luxe as the event partner, was held from 21 to 29 September 2024, at the Atrium, Mira Place 1.

Organized by T-Central and hosted by Mira Place, with Wine Luxe as a partner, "T-Central Wine & Dine - Mira Place Japanese Spirits Fest" has taken place from 21 – 29 September 2024, at the atrium of Mira Place 1. The kick-off ceremony was held on 21 September 2024, officiated by Mr. Alan Chan, Initiator of T-Central and Chief Operations Officer of Miramar Group; Mr NEGISHI Shintaroto, Consul, Economic Division of Consulate-General of Japan in Hong Kong; and guest Japanese mixologist Mr. Hirakawa.

This event showcased an extensive selection of over 100 Japanese spirits and limited-edition vintage whiskies, as well as shochu, gin and sake, for guests to explore and taste. A signature Japanese Spirits Pop-up Bar was another highlight of the event, where esteemed Japanese mixologist Mr. HIRAKAWA Katsuhisa was present to craft limited-edition cocktails for guests to enjoy.

In addition, the event will also introduce Hong Kong's first vintage Whisky Museum, displaying aged spirits from various years and rare whiskies from the 1980s to the 2000s, including an exclusive 12 Chinese Zodiac Whisky collection. Wine lovers can also purchase token packages to taste a range of rare and notable spirits, including the White Horse Whisky from the 1970s; the Suntory Reserve from the 1970s crafted by Suntory Group, Japan's oldest whisky distillery; the Super Nikka by Nikka Whisky, a classic Japanese whisky producer; and the Kyoto Whisky KURO-OBI (Nishijin-ori), which fully embodies the traditional culture of Kyoto, Japan, among others.

Parklane International Gourmet Avenue

The Parklane International Gourmet Avenue took place at Park Lane Shopper's Boulevard from 30 September 2024 to 20 October 2024. It featured a variety of premium wines, spirits, cocktails, and food stalls, allowing both tourists and local residents to enjoy a global culinary experience while celebrating the National Day holiday.
